We strictly screen suppliers of aviation-grade TPU materials and medical-grade fabrics. Every batch of raw materials must pass material composition analysis, tensile strength testing, and biocompatibility testing to control quality from the source.
CNC cutting systems are used to accurately cut chamber materials according to CAD drawings. Cutting accuracy reaches ±0.5 mm, ensuring every piece fully matches design requirements in size and shape.
High-frequency thermal welding firmly bonds multi-layer TPU materials, with weld strength exceeding the base material itself. Key sealing areas use double-welding processes to ensure long-term airtightness under hyperbaric conditions.
Valves, pipelines, control panels, and safety systems are precisely assembled in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. Every connection point is tightened to standard torque and assembly parameters are recorded item by item.
Finished products must pass more than 200 strict tests, including 48-hour continuous airtightness testing, 1.8 ATA overpressure safety testing, electrical safety testing, noise testing, and full functional verification.
Products that pass inspection enter professional packaging using multi-layer shockproof, moisture-proof, and anti-static protection. Each unit includes a unique serial number and complete test report for full lifecycle traceability.
The factory is equipped with six fully automated production lines covering cutting, welding, assembly, and testing. The MES manufacturing execution system enables real-time production data collection and analysis, while the ERP system coordinates materials, planning, and quality management. The entire production process of every device is traceable, ensuring comprehensive quality control. Digital management improves production efficiency by 40% and reduces the defect rate to below 0.2%.
The factory has an independent quality testing center equipped with airtightness test benches, overpressure test chambers, material tensile testing machines, salt spray chambers, high-low temperature environmental test chambers, and other professional equipment. The laboratory team consists of senior quality engineers and strictly follows ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR, and CE testing procedures to issue complete test reports for every product.
